    Chairman

    Pat Neal is a graduate of the prestigious Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and has been married for 40 years to Charlene Neal. His son, John, serves as president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods and son Michael is in the building management program at Neal Communities. As a privately held and family run organization, Neal Signature Homes is dedicated to building high-quality homes that enhance people's lives.

    PRESIDENT, PURESTYLE

    Charlene Neal is a nationally acclaimed designer who uses her talented vision to bring a home to life. As President of Charlene Neal PureStyle and Vice President of Design at Neal Communities, she is the leader in establishing the look and ambiance of our model homes and has a major role as the lead designer of our Design Gallery. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and has been in the building and design business for over 36 years.

    Carlos Puente

    PRESIDENT, NEAL SIGNATURE HOMES

    Carlos leads a team of over 35 associates located in communities from Tampa to Englewood. His focus is on strategic planning, enhancing the sales process and assisting team members in reaching their goals. Carlos holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. He additionally holds a master’s degree in international business.

    Jason Frost

    EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, LAND & STRATEGY

    Jason is originally from Tampa and has over 15 years of land acquisition experience, including procurement for a national homebuilder and a commercial developer. In his current role, Jason leads land acquisition, forward planning, P&L and strategy. He also maintains responsibility over sales & marketing as well as accounting. Previously, Jason was a consultant in Hong Kong, Chengdu and Shanghai, China, where he lived for 5 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from Northwestern University.

    Christina Potts

    AREA SALES MANAGER

    Christina Potts has been serving new home buyers for nearly eight years with Neal Communities and Neal Signature Homes. She looks forward to helping her clients find the home of their dreams and guiding them through the buying process. Christina is committed to providing excellent customer service and is proud to have received an Avid Award for customer satisfaction. She earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from the University of South Florida and worked for a local TV station before choosing a career in real estate.
